  • Training guides and staff assessment materials

  • Compliance gap assessments
  • Ongoing monitoring and update services (Compliance Shield)

Our products are designed to help small businesses organize and document their compliance programs. They are informational and educational resources created using a combination of AI technology and professional review.

3. Not Legal Advice

Our products and services are compliance documentation tools only and do not constitute legal advice, regulatory counsel, or a guarantee of compliance with any federal, state, or local law or regulation. Compliance Ghost is not a law firm and does not provide legal services.

While our documentation is researched and designed to align with applicable regulatory frameworks (including HIPAA, OSHA, and Texas state regulations), we strongly recommend that you consult with a qualified attorney or compliance professional to review any documentation before implementation. 4. Appropriate Use of Materials

All materials provided by Compliance Ghost are licensed for use by the purchasing business only. You may:

  • Print, distribute, and display the materials to your staff as part of your compliance program
  • Customize provided templates with your business-specific information

You may not:

  • Resell, redistribute, or sublicense our materials to third parties
  • Share materials with competing businesses or consultants for their commercial use
  • Remove or alter copyright notices, branding, or attribution
  • Represent our materials as having been created by another entity

5. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Because the Compliance Kit is a digital product delivered immediately upon purchase, all sales of the Compliance Kit are final. We provide extensive free previews — including a sample compliance manual, training guide preview, and free gap assessment — so you can evaluate the quality, depth, and style of our materials before purchasing.

We want every customer to be confident in their purchase. If you experience a technical issue with delivery (e.g., you did not receive your materials), contact us within 7 days at info@complianceghost.com and we will resolve it promptly.

Compliance Shield Subscriptions

Compliance Shield subscriptions may be canceled at any time. Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active through the end of your current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial billing periods.

Installment Plans

If you purchase the Compliance Kit on an installment plan, you are committed to all scheduled payments. Your materials are delivered in full upon the first payment, and remaining installments are due according to the agreed schedule.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, templates, designs, and materials provided by Compliance Ghost are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Upon purchase, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the materials for your business as described in Section 4.

Compliance Ghost retains all ownership rights to the underlying templates, methodologies, and content frameworks used to create your materials.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

  • Compliance Ghost shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of profits, fines, penalties, or regulatory actions arising from the use of our products or services.
  • Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.
  • We are not responsible for any regulatory citations, fines, penalties, or enforcement actions taken against your business. Our materials are tools to support your compliance efforts, not a substitute for professional legal counsel or proper business operations.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our products and services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that:

  • Our materials will meet your specific requirements or guarantee any particular regulatory outcome
  • Our materials will be error-free or that any errors will be corrected immediately
  • Regulations referenced in our materials will not change after your purchase date

9. AI-Generated Content Disclosure

Our compliance documentation is created using a combination of artificial intelligence technology and professional review. While we take steps to ensure accuracy and relevance, AI-generated content may contain errors, omissions, or outdated information. All materials should be reviewed by the purchaser and, where appropriate, by a qualified compliance professional or attorney before implementation.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of our services shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Texas.
